In the third week of the Technopreneur Fellowship, three teams were created. These teams after they had been equipped with the required skill undertook tasks in different organizations which are: Access Bank, StudioAfrik and Emerald International School/The Afternoon Church respectively.
Team Mind Benders took up the challenge at Access Bank. It is obvious that banks in Nigeria are faced with a lot of problems which disrupts her general activities and as innovative entrepreneurs, they decided to find out these problems and offer solutions to them.
The problems identified at Access Bank by Team Mind Benders are:
- Lots of Queues outside the bank.
- No shade outside the bank.
- Customer Service.
- Unengaging Social Media Content
Solutions designed include:
- SEO-optimized blog.
- Innovative Customer Service
- Community Initiatives
The innovation hackathon which aimed at identifying the individual strengths and collective energy of every fellow as well as the implementation of knowledge impacted so far saw to the birth of three teams of which Capitalist Crew is a part of. After the team members were made known and a team leader selected, team Capitalist Crew immediately designed a project goal for its target organization, StudioAfrik.

- Marketing
- Less Social Media Engagement
The solutions proposed are:
- SEO and Keyword-oriented blog/Website
- Social Media Management
- Consumer Bonuses and Promos
Team Innovation Geeks took the bull by its horn and faced the challenge head-on. They worked on projects for The Afternoon Church and Emerald International School respectively.
They identified problems such as:
- Funds
- Less Social Media Engagement/Ineffective Online Presence
- Less Members
Their solutions include:
- Crowd Funding
- Website Design
- Social Media Management
- E-cell/house fellowships
